Russian Logistics Express Line

Date:2026-07-06 Source: Browse:512

The Russian Logistics Express Line is a one-stop cross-border logistics channel specifically designed for connecting China-Russia trade. It integrates a complete set of services including domestic receiving, port customs declaration, cross-border trunk transportation, overseas customs clearance, and nationwide delivery. Most of them support dual customs clearance and tax payment, eliminating the need for factories and cross-border sellers to handle the complicated customs clearance procedures in both countries. It is the most mainstream logistics solution for exporting to Russia.

The express line has four main transportation channels, suitable for different cargo requirements. The China-Europe Railway Express is currently the preferred option. Goods are collected and packed in places like Yiwu and Shenzhen, passing through Manzhouli and Alashankou ports and directly reaching Moscow and St. Petersburg. The delivery time is 15 to 25 days. It has a large capacity and moderate freight rates, is not affected by rain and snow weather, and is suitable for large quantities of goods such as household appliances, machinery equipment, and building materials. Full container or palletized shipping can be operated.

The TIR card road transport is more flexible, with direct truck transportation throughout the journey. The delivery time is 12 to 18 days. Small-batch e-commerce goods and fragile small items are preferred. Door-to-door pickup and direct delivery to the customer's warehouse are available. Delivery coverage in remote cities is wider. However, the road conditions in Siberia are unstable in winter, and the ports are prone to congestion and delays during peak seasons. The air freight express line is the fastest, with delivery within 3 to 7 days. It is suitable for high-value urgent goods such as electronic components and precision instruments. The disadvantage is that the freight is relatively high and it is not suitable for large and heavy goods. The sea freight has the lowest cost, but the entire journey takes more than 35 days and is only suitable for low-value bulk goods.

The entire process is simple to operate: unified receiving and sorting at domestic warehouses, unified export customs declaration, outbound transportation through the trunk line, import customs clearance and tax payment by the cooperative agent upon arrival in Russia, and local logistics delivery to the customer's door. A logistics tracking service is provided throughout the process. Compared to international express delivery, the express line offers lower prices and can carry goods with electricity, magnetism, etc., which ordinary express delivery refuses to accept.

As China-Russia trade continues to grow, the customs clearance efficiency at the express line ports has been continuously optimized, supporting the vast majority of categories such as general cargo, auto parts, daily necessities, etc. Enterprises can choose the transportation channel based on the volume of goods, delivery time, and budget. This not only saves logistics costs but also avoids the risk of Russian customs detaining goods, ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to customers throughout Russia.
